A 12 step guide for any contemporary international school environment interested in implementing an innovative environment. Using research and international standards this process has been tried and tested by Mike and Dion form the ground up.
This session focuses on how to bridge the educational gap and move a school from current practices to new practices. A 12 step guide for any contemporary international school environment interested in implementing an innovative environment. Discovery Session
Our 20 minute session will focus on explaining what a good EdTech Road Map looks like. Even though this is usually planned put by Administrators, EdTech Directors and EdTech Coaches we think every teacher should have a voice in developing and understanding how large scale implementations should unfold in any organization since in the end teachers need to put it in place.
DEEP Dive
Delving deeper in this session, we will consider and learn more about:
What are the Pillars of Strength at your school and where does your school fall on the evaluation Rubric. How do you leverage your position as a change agent to affect school culture.
What is your schools' Implementation Ability? How can you change this as an educator?
What does this Gap look like relative to other schools?
